DAY 13 OF 36

Bible Study 7/30

Jesus' Story

Bible Study 7 – 4/4

Tell the Story of Jesus in 2 Minutes

At this point, you ask the person three crucial questions:

1. Which circle are you in?

2. Which circle do you want to be in?

3. What holds you back from accepting Jesus' sacrifice to reconcile you with God the Father?

People will respond in different ways

1. Some will say they are not interested.

2. Some will indicate they are in the circle where they are already restored with God (and therefore already a Christian).

3. Some will indicate they are in the "Brokenness" circle but do not want to change.

4. Others may indicate that they are in the Brokenness circle and wish to return to God's original plan for their lives.

Some would be willing to accept Jesus right there. Others would be willing to talk more about it. In that case, make an appointment with them on the spot.

For people who want to pray and receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour, here is a prayer they can pray (below).

Receive and believe in Jesus as Lord and Saviour

In John 1:12 (BSB), we read: But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.

A prayer: If you want to accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you can pray:

Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God and that You died on the cross for my sins and were raised from the dead. I am a sinner, and I cannot save myself. I surrender my life to You. Forgive my sins and cleanse me with the blood of Jesus. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour and choose to live under Your Lordship. Thank You for the gift of eternal life. Please fill me with the Holy Spirit. Thank You for accepting me as Your child and that today, God is becoming my Father. Amen.

About this Plan

For New Followers of Jesus - 30 Bible Studies

Every day, people come to Jesus and start to follow Him. Many of them do not receive follow-up. Nobody is taking care of them. Nobody helps them grow in their relationship with Jesus or explains to them what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Short: Nobody is discipling them. This plan will help you to that with young converts.
