Day 1: Identity in Christ – You Are Chosen

Who are you? This is one of the biggest questions you’ll ever answer. The world will try to define you based on your appearance, popularity, talents, or even past mistakes. But as a follower of Christ, your identity isn’t found in what others say about you, it’s found in what God says about you. When you accept Jesus as your Savior, you are made new. Your past no longer defines you; your identity is rooted in Him.

It’s easy to carry the weight of past failures or insecurities, but God doesn’t see you through the lens of your past. He sees you as redeemed, chosen, and loved. When you embrace this truth, it changes everything. You no longer have to strive for approval or compare yourself to others. You belong to Christ, and that is enough.

If you ever feel lost or uncertain about who you are, remind yourself of this truth: You are a child of God. You have a purpose. You are deeply loved. And nothing, no mistake, no failure, no opinion, can change that.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for making me new in Christ. Help me to see myself the way You see me. Remind me that my worth is in You, not in what the world says. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
