Heavenly Father, I come before You feeling uncertain about my career path.

Lord, Your Word promises that You will instruct me and teach me in the way I should go. I'm asking for that instruction today. Remove the noise and confusion that clouds my thinking. Cut through the competing voices—my own insecurities, others' expectations, and the world's definition of success.

I surrender my career plans to You completely. Where I've been gripping my future with clenched fists, I now open my hands. My career isn't ultimately about my fulfillment or provision—it's about Your purpose.

Show me where my unique gifts and passions intersect with the world's great needs. Help me see opportunities I've been blind to. Close doors that would lead me away from Your best, even when they look appealing to my natural eyes.

Forgive me for times I've leaned on my own understanding—making decisions based solely on salary, status, or security rather than seeking Your guidance. Forgive me for the times I've pursued career paths out of fear rather than faith.

Father, I choose to trust You with my professional life. Whether that means staying where I am, making a bold change, or patiently waiting for Your timing—I surrender to Your perfect plan.
