Faith in the Wilderness: The Book of NumbersSample

Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the Word of God with us wherever we go. Over the course of this Bible study, we will be memorizing Numbers 6:24-26.
‘May the Lord bless you and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you His favor and give you His peace.’
Numbers 6:24-26
If you’ve never memorized Scripture before, it can be good to read it aloud several times, breaking it down into smaller chunks. Write it down and carry it with you, repeating it throughout the day. Visualise the words, attaching meaning to them. Incorporate the verse into your prayers, letting it resonate in your spirit. Over time, these words will become buried in your heart, guiding and reminding you of His truth in moments of need.

About this Plan

The Book of Numbers tells the story of Israel’s journey through the wilderness—a time of testing, failure, and God’s unwavering faithfulness. As they moved toward the Promised Land, their struggles revealed the importance of trusting God, even in uncertainty. Through this study, we’ll explore how their journey mirrors our own, calling us to faith, obedience, and confidence in God’s promises.
