Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of the truth that often gets lost in the chaos of life: God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He made the heavens and the earth, and He holds every star, every mountain, and every ocean in His hands. And if He can hold all of creation together, He can certainly hold your heart.

Psalm 24:1-2 declares that the earth belongs to the Lord, and everything in it exists because He established it. Nothing in this world is outside of His control. He didn’t just create the universe and step back—He remains actively involved, faithfully holding all things together. This means we can rest assured in His power and faithfulness.

Jesus has the whole world in His hands. Even when life feels overwhelming, when fear begins to creep in, we can remember that He is not shaken by our circumstances. The bridge beautifully expresses this hope: “You’re not surprised, You’ve already gone before.” God is never caught off guard by what we face. He sees the end from the beginning and walks with us through every challenge.

Because of this, we can choose hope over fear. We can let go of worry, knowing that His love will never let us go. Romans 8:38-39 assures us that nothing can separate us from the love of God, and this song invites us to live in that freedom.

Today, take a moment to rest in the truth that the Creator of the universe holds your heart. Whatever you’re facing, surrender it to Him and trust that He’s got it—because He’s got the whole world in His hands.
