Have you ever helped someone move heavy furniture? It’s almost impossible to do it alone, which is why we ask for help. Asking isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s just how things get done.
Life can feel a lot like carrying heavy furniture. When we’re dealing with challenges, we often try to handle everything by ourselves. But this verse reminds us that we don’t have to carry our burdens alone. God designed us to lean on one another for help. When we share what we’re going through, we’re living out the way God intended us to care for each other. It may feel awkward at first, but over time, asking for help and offering it can become second nature.
This week, take a small step: write down one burden you’ve been carrying. Then, reach out to a trusted friend and share it with them. You don’t have to carry it alone.
