The Big PictureSample

Day 26: Acts 7–Romans 16
Today, we will see the early church being persecuted by Saul (also known as Paul), who was converted to the faith. This persecution forced the movement of Jesus to scatter and spread worldwide. The book of Romans is a letter from Paul to Christians in Rome who learned about Christ on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2) and provides incredible teachings about salvation.
As you read today, focus on these two questions for discussion:
- What question from today’s reading came to mind?
- What question did you have that today’s reading answered?
