Day One: Separation
Brokenness entered the world through sin, the fall of man at the beginning of creation. Sin still rules our earth and tempts our flesh daily. God is Holy - this means that he is so good that he is, in fact, separate. His holiness and our sin cannot mix.
Our sin has separated us from God; it broke off our relationship with him as he created us to be perfect and holy with Him, but we had other plans and wanted to do things our own way. However, God desired a relationship with His creation, so the story does not end there for us.
We can't wait to delve into the other "S" of the Gospel together over the next few days.
About this Plan
This plan is for all Christians and goes through the Gospel and breaks it down into 4 "S" aspects. New Christians who want to grow in their understanding of the Gospel and Christians who want to be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks the reason for the hope that you have (1 Peter 3:15) - this is for YOU!
