Day 4: Trusting God in Rest
In times of rest, we learn to trust God more deeply. When we pause from our work, we are reminded that it is not by our efforts alone that we accomplish things but by God's grace and strength. His presence goes with us, and in Him, we find true rest. We often feel guilty about stepping away from our responsibilities, but God reassures us that His presence is with us always and that He will give us rest.
Take a step of faith today and trust that resting doesn’t mean falling behind. Let God’s presence go before you in everything you do, and allow Him to give you the rest you need to be replenished.
Prayer:
Lord, I trust that You are with me in everything I do. Help me to rest, knowing that You are in control. Remind me that Your presence is enough, and You will provide the rest I need. Amen.
