One a DaySample

David spares Saul’s life twice. Can you imagine being hated like David was by Saul and having the chance to destroy him? He trusted that God would make things right and, even if God didn’t, he wasn’t going to shed the blood of his authority. David understood that authority comes from God, so removing it ought to be by God’s doing. I want to trust God enough to never take other’s lives or reputations into my own hands. “The Lord rewards every man for his righteousness and his faithfulness…”

About this Plan

Welcome to a plan that is designed to go slower together. We wanted to take things slow to allow for better meditation - one chapter a day covering every major division of the Bible. We staggered the order as well in order to keep things fresh. We have chosen a book from the Torah, historical books, the poetic writings, and the Prophets from the Old Testament. And, in the New Testament we have a Gospel, Pauline epistle, Hebrews, and the Revelation.
