Which is more?
10% of a million-dollar income? or...

People would say the million-dollar income is much more. But in God's eyes, He is more concerned with the heart of the giver, than the total contribution. This applies to time and talents as well. In other words, in God's eyes, the one earning the minimum gives more because of their need they still give, but the millionaire gives out of their excess. Giving from the heart, cheerfully out of faith, and sacrificially is greater in God's eyes.
