A Year in Luke/ActsSample

Even though Peter and John are freed from jail, they are still flogged and ordered not to speak the name of Jesus. The apostles are not threatened in the least and, in fact, rejoiced! Luke tells us, “Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.” Acts 5:42 NIV
As we prepare to meet in our churches, let us rejoice and proclaim the good news that Jesus is the Messiah!
