Giving Thanks in Every SeasonSample

Day 2: Trusting God’s Timing
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 reminds us that “there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” Every season of life, whether it’s one of abundance or lack, has a purpose. Trusting in God’s timing means believing that He is in control, even when we don’t understand the season we’re in.
Financial difficulties can feel overwhelming, but God’s Word teaches us to trust that He is working behind the scenes. Gratitude in every season comes from trusting God’s perfect timing and knowing that He is never late. Even in seasons of financial struggle, we can thank God for the lessons He’s teaching us and for the provision He’s preparing.
Today, thank God for His perfect timing in your life. Trust that He knows exactly what you need and when you need it. Ask Him to help you cultivate patience and gratitude in this season.
Reflection Questions:
• How have you seen God’s timing work out perfectly in the past?
• What lessons is God teaching you in your current season?
• How does trusting in God’s timing help you live with gratitude?
