Strengthening Marriage Through the Word of GodSample

Strengthening the Mind
As wives, we face challenges that can make us feel small and powerless. But God has given us a mind capable of being renewed and strengthened. When we face thoughts of doubt and fear, we must remember that we have the strength of Christ within us. It is crucial that we begin to observe our thoughts and recognize those that pull us away from God's truth.
Challenge:
Today, observe your thoughts throughout the day. Whenever a negative thought arises, write it down on paper. At the end of the day, replace each negative thought with a biblical truth. For example, if you think, "I’m not good enough," replace it with "I am a beloved daughter of God."
Prayer:
Lord, help me to renew my mind. Give me discernment to identify thoughts that don’t come from You and strength to replace them with Your truth. Strengthen me in every challenge, reminding me that I can do all things through You. Amen.
