Day 3: Prepare Your Approach - Consider the Wisest and Godliest Way
*Scripture:* James 1:19-20 (KJV)
"Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God."
*Devotion:*
Before you engage in any conflict, take a moment to prepare your approach. James encourages us to be quick to listen and slow to speak. This preparation is vital in ensuring that our words and actions align with God’s Will. When we take the time to pray and seek God’s Wisdom, we approach conflict with a spirit of humility and a heart of peace, paving the way for a Godly resolution.
*Prayer:*
Father, guide my words and actions in every conflict. Help me to approach each situation with wisdom and love, reflecting Your Character in all I do. Amen.
