Reflect
Reread verse 3. What does high heat do to these precious metals? Have you ever felt that you were being “tested by the LORD”? If so, how? What verses in today’s reading do you find most meaningful?
Pray
Gracious God, whenever I feel tested, may I remain strong in faith, putting my trust in you. Guide my thoughts and actions this day and lead me in the way of your truth. Amen.
