Jesus Is RisenSample

Come And See
He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. Matthew 28:6 (ESV).
Jesus invites us to experience Him personally. The angel’s invitation to “come and see” the empty tomb is a call for us to draw near to Jesus and find rest in His presence. He desires a personal relationship with each of us.
What steps can you take to deepen your relationship with Jesus and experience His rest?
Prayer: Father God, Thank you for inviting me to come and see your goodness. Help me to draw near to you and find rest in your presence. In Jesus name, Amen.

About this Plan

He is risen! He is risen indeed! We celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In Matthew 28:5-7, we find the angel’s message to the women who came to Jesus’ tomb. Over seven days, we will reflect on how they speak to us today, and draw us closer to our resurrected Savior.
