The American Bible Challenge Bible Study - Part 1Sample

Are you reminded of stuff you regret from the past? Like something that happened years ago? You’ve asked God to forgive you, but forgiveness doesn’t mean we forget it.
When those reminders come, it’s natural for us to doubt God’s forgiveness or his love for us.
Today’s passage reminds us of the impact of Christ’s death. Let’s read about it in Romans 8:1-4.
Reflection:
How have you responded to reminders of your painful mistakes of the past? How does this passage change your thinking about those painful mistakes? When painful mistakes come to mind, may we thank Jesus that there is now no condemnation because of our faith in him.
