Following Jesus means that some things in our lives will change. Jesus tells us that to follow Him, we have to change the way we live. What that means, of course, will look different for each one of us. For some of us, this might mean we need to be kind to our siblings, parents, or teachers. For others, we may need to go out of our way to show love to the people we don’t want to. Maybe for you, it means changing behavior or stepping away from a relationship that doesn’t lead to God’s best. Or it could simply mean making a habit of spending time with Jesus and learning more about Him. Whatever it is, know that whatever changes come in your life, if they’re a result of following Jesus and growing closer to Him, they’re changes that are worth making!
