Jesus Paid It All
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, thank You for making a way for us through Jesus Christ, our Savior! He is the radiance of Your glory and the exact imprint of Your nature, and He upholds the universe by the word of His power (Hebrews 1:3a).
Thank You for Jesus, the great high priest (Hebrews 4:14) who has made the payment once and for all who follow Him. Through the shedding of His blood, we now have the gift of living water; to You be all glory, honor, and praise!
By Your Word, continually remind us that we have a sure and steadfast anchor for our souls, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain, where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek (Hebrews 6:19-20). What an amazing Savior You are!
ONE QUESTION
Do I believe that Jesus' sacrifice was sufficient for my sins or do I find myself trying to earn my salvation?
