The Gospel One Psalm at a TimeSample

Psalm 139: Who Knows You Best?
It’s humble to admit, but we all have a problem: we don’t know ourselves too well. Because of the blindness and deception of sin, getting an intimate and accurate knowledge of ourselves is kind of like looking into a broken carnival mirror. So Psalm 139 is in the Bible to confront us with the inaccuracy of self-knowledge and to show us where accurate self-knowledge is to be found—not in the opinion of others, but in the mirror of God’s word.
