Good WorksSample

Saved by Grace, Not by Works
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 (ESV).
Salvation is a gift of grace, not earned through our works. How does understanding this truth impact your perception of salvation and your relationship with God?
Reflect on your salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. In what ways have you relied on your own efforts for salvation rather than fully embracing God's grace?
Prayer: Father God, Thank you for the gift of salvation through your grace. Help me to always remember that it is not by my works but by your love and mercy that I am saved. In Jesus name, Amen.
