Everyday: Growing in FaithSample

It can be easy to wonder what our purpose is in life. What exactly are we here for? What are we supposed to do? Why did God even create us? The good news is Scripture can help us find so many answers to these questions. Verses like the one we’ll read today in the Psalms help us see that our lives are meant to worship and reflect the good things God has done for us. Having it memorized means it’s there in our minds as a guide when big questions about life and faith pop up.

This week, try to memorize this verse creatively. Draw a picture of what comes to mind when you read this Psalm. Be sure to write the verse on the picture as well! Put it up somewhere you can see it to help you work on memorizing it this week.
