Yesterday you acknowledged the fact that without Christ, there’s something wrong with you. Your insecurities are born out of that fact. Instead of allowing your distance from Christ and your dependence on the approval of others to fuel your insecurities, change the way you see yourself. God does not see you as an insecure, inadequate, or insufficient person. Ephesians 2:10 says that God sees us as His masterpiece. As a result, there’s no reason to be insecure. You are as beautiful and majestic as any thing God has ever created. Stop believing the lies about yourself that others have told you and instead embrace the truth of what God believes about you. Without Christ, you are not good, but with Christ you are the masterpiece of God. What things might be keeping you from believing that you are God’s masterpiece?
