God's Redemption Story (1 Kings - Ezra)Sample

Solomon - 2/5
When the temple of the Lord was complete, Solomon called the people together and they made sacrifices to God to atone for their sin, to prepare their hearts, and to dedicate the temple to God. Scripture tells us they killed “so many sheep and oxen they could not be counted or numbered.” It took a lot of animals to pay for the sins of Israel.
When Jesus died on the cross, sacrifice was no longer needed. As the perfect lamb of God, He died once to pay for all the sin of humanity. Whatever your sin or shame, Jesus paid it all. He’s offering total forgiveness of sin and the opportunity to live with Him forever. Will you accept His free gift today?
