You Have a Purpose

Many times, we believe the lie that God has no plans for us and that we are just here existing. Can I tell you that God has big plans for you. He didn’t just create you to exist and leave you high and dry. NO! In fact, He tells us that He not only has good plans, but they are plans to prosper us and to give us a hope and a future. When Jesus leads us as the Good Shepherd He is (John 10), He wants you to know that He will never lead you into harm's way.

How comforting is it to know that Jesus only wants to lead you into the amazing future He has in store for you, and also wants to prosper you! Sometimes, we may have plans of our own, and although that is great, I want to encourage you today to give all of your plans and desires to the Lord, and He will guide you and course correct you if needed.

Trust that when you place your future in God’s hands, He will lead you to the best pathway He has for your life! Your life has purpose and God wants to bring you into His perfect will, for Him to use you for His glory!

Prayer for today:

“Jesus, I thank you for leading and guiding my life. I give all of my desires and plans to you, and I trust that you will lead me into the best pathway that you have set out for me. God, I thank you that you have great plans for me. Thank you Jesus that I have a future and a hope in You. I place my faith in You, fully entrusting my life to You and I ask You Lord for You to guide and lead me into Your perfect will. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
