Advent: Exploring Hope, Peace, Love, and JoySample

Pray
Dear Lord, in a world where it feels like I have to hurry in order to stay afloat, teach me how to wait, to be patient and listen for Your voice in every moment. When I notice my heart pulling me toward sin or temptation, help me wait for You instead of submitting to my own desires. I want to wait for You with my whole being, to desire nothing more than to rest in Your arms where I belong. Thank You for giving me life and hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
