Let's Talk About Honor and Mutual RespectSample

When it comes to the way we treat others, we don’t have to question where to start. We don’t have to wonder what the standard should be. Scripture gives it to us! Instead of thinking about how our words, actions, and behaviors are good for us, we should think about how they are good for others, too. That should be our standard. The question we should ask before we say something that might hurt someone else or before we take any action toward another person should be: “Is this good for them? Is this for their good?”
This week, memorize this verse as a way to remind you to think about what’s good for others when it comes to your words, choices, and actions. Every day, let it be your guide to honoring and respecting others.
