If you’ve made it this far, I want to commend you for your efforts. The way you’re choosing isn’t the easy path, but it’s a God honoring one. By going through this content, you’re considering the way Jesus led. You’re looking at leadership culture as a whole and evaluating how it aligns with the ways of our Father. And you’re asking an important question, too often overlooked: How is it with my soul? (And the souls of those I lead?)

I truly believe that together, we can rediscover leadership as a whole, learning to hold spiritual formation and leadership best practices together hand in hand. We can follow well, love fully, and worship earnestly in everything we do.
