Finding Peace in RelationshipsSample

Can’t we all just get along?
Whether it’s social media, the news, or our own households, it’s like no one wants to live in peace. Getting their own words heard—often forcibly—seems to be more important today than just about anything else.
It’s exhausting, all this posturing and shouting. Sometimes, we just want to shout back. But that only adds to the noise. What if we start creating spaces of peace? What if we put the tea kettle on and invite someone over for laughter and connection?
Think what might happen if all these little pockets of peace started popping up all over our communities? We can be the ones to create them.
Act
Dream about what it might look like to create a pocket of peace in your community.
Pray
God, I really am tired of constant hurt and division. Show me how to make a pocket of peace.
