Surrender the "How"Sample

Day 3: Let Go of Control
It can be challenging to relinquish control and place full trust in God, but it's crucial. Acknowledging that He is in control is the first step in relinquishing that control. Accepting that we don't belong to ourselves and that our goals and aspirations do not always line up with His plans.
God's control is not something we should give up by doing nothing. Instead, it involves walking firmly in the conviction that God is guiding us. We can work toward our objectives and aspirations, but we must always keep in mind that God's plan might differ from our own.
A powerful tool for giving control to God is using prayer. We invite God into our life and ask Him to lead us when we pray. As we search for His purpose for our life, we might pray for insight, wisdom, and clarity.
God can grant us freedom and peace when we give up control.
It's important to let up of control so that we can submit to God's will for our life. We can experience anxiety and worry when we attempt to manage everything. However, we can find peace and rest in God when we let go and trust Him.
Lord, I give You control of my life. Help me to let go of my need for control and trust in Your sovereignty. Allow me to put my faith in your omnipotence. Give me peace and rest as I surrender my life to You. Amen.
