How to Love Like Jesus Loves (Even When It’s Hard!)Sample

Have you ever read a book or watched a movie where someone shows love to an enemy? In the verse we read yesterday (John 15:13), Jesus said, “No one has greater love than this: to lay down his life for his friends.” That’s pretty amazing love.
But Jesus didn’t just die for His friends. The Bible says He died for His enemies, too—people who have chosen to go against God’s rules for living a good life. He died for people who didn’t love Him back! I think all of us would say it's harder to love people who don’t love us. But that's the amazing kind of love Jesus has for us, and it's the kind He can help us have for other people.
