In his letter to the Romans, Paul, a leader in the early church, asks us to do two things: Celebrate with each other when good things are happening and grieve with each other through hard times. We can make an effort to know what is going on in the lives of the people around us and share what they’re experiencing. If someone is having a good day, we can celebrate. If someone is having a rough day, we can be with them during that hard time. Part of being a party starter and inviting others to the full life God offers is showing up in the good and the bad!

So today, let’s make an effort to do that! Pray that God would help you know how to share in what others are going through so you can love them well.
