Today we’re reading a portion of a prayer Jesus prays in John 17. Two things become really clear as you read Jesus’ words— First of all, our relationships matter because they’re a reflection of God. Secondly, our relationships should mirror the perfect relationship that God has within himself as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our relationships also matter because they communicate to the world God’s love. People should see how we interact with each other and be inspired to understand God’s love for them.
Challenge: Spend some time thinking about how your actions communicate God’s love to those around you. What can you do today to reflect God to those in your life?
