A Simple Rule: 40-Day Prayer JourneySample

Rejoice always
Lord, I can see that past trials have tested and developed my faith. Thank You that You desire me to be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
‘Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way,’ wrote Victor Frankl, a survivor of the Nazi concentration camps. Our situations do not compare with his, yet we still face a choice. We can choose to see difficulty as a cause for resentment or to consider it joy.
