The Year to TrustSample

Psalms 37:7 KJV - Wait patiently for Him …
Consider this from yesterday’s devotion. In order to go out and wait on the bus, you have to first trust that the bus is coming. You give yourself time and you are prepared to go and wait. So you get dressed and walk to the bus stop. The transportation department has given you a schedule. You believe what is written on that schedule. You get ready and you wait for them to do what they said would happen. It is written. This is similar to the farmer who plants in spring and waits for harvest time. He plants and he waits but while waiting he waters the crop and continues his other duties and prepares for the harvest. He knows it’s coming and he is prepared for when it will come. He cannot hurry this process, he must wait.
