God wants us to serve Him and live according to His special calling for our lives. He has given us unique abilities, talents, and gifts and there is a place in this world that only we can fill.

We can find our calling by observing ourselves and using the SHAPE formula:

●Spiritual Gifts: God-given abilities to serve Him, which are only given to believers.

●Heart: A collection of desires, hopes, interests, hobbies, dreams, and things we love.

●Ability: Natural talent that you are born with.

●Personality: Our personality type.

●Experience: Life experiences (good/bad) that mature us and equip us to serve others who are going through similar experiences.

By finding these things, we will realize that we were created by God very uniquely and differently from other people. He has a very beautiful purpose, which is to use our lives effectively for His glory.

Devotion for Parents
Finding God’s calling does not stop in your youth. It’s a continuous process even as you embrace your role as parents. Fulfill the calling and serve others accordingly.
