"Love Rejoices In the Truth"

“Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart.”—1 Peter 1:22 (NKJV)
Our heavenly Father, we thank You today for Your love for us. Thanks for Your Son, Jesus, whom You sent to the world as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We rejoice in knowing Him and experiencing His love. Please help us become Your vessels so we can pour that same love into our spouse’s life every day. Thank You for blessing us with a spouse to love, with all of our hearts, for the rest of our lives. May we learn to love each other deeply and unconditionally, like Your Son, Jesus, did when He died on a cross to save us from our sins. May we grow closer to You as a couple each day as we pray and study Your Word together, in perfect harmony, seeking the truth which sets us free and sanctifies us. We pray all these things in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
