Everyone wanted an audience with the one who possessed the answers. Even kings and governors offered priceless gifts in exchange for an audience with the king of Israel. Solomon’s influence was as great as his wealth. His 40-year reign over Israel was marked by great accumulation and extravagant living.

Your lifetime on this earth is a short journey. Days slip into months and months slip into years. All of your possessions and money will eventually fade away, but the influence you have on others can create an impact for eternity.
