DAY 9 OF 21

DAY 9: Releasing Negativity

Today we’re going to keep moving you toward your purpose and building greater confidence.

Without trust in God’s love and support, it’s easy to make excuses or convince yourself that you can’t fulfill your purpose. However, when you finally accept God is on your side, the wrongness of these beliefs becomes apparent, and they cease to have any power to hold you back from your dreams. Have God-Confidence, and you will win! Have the God kind of faith to forge ahead beyond the blockades in your mind or circumstances.

Those who believe in God’s promise have a wellspring of power, strength, and love to tap into to accomplish their purpose. To achieve this, you need to truly believe in who God created you to be – your authentic self – and learn to love yourself. You have to stop seeing yourself as not good enough or alone in this fight, and start remembering God has promised to give you anything and everything you need to achieve the purpose for which He created you. From God’s perspective, your obstacles, limitations, and mistakes are all part of the plan. They’re what make you perfect for the purpose He has created you.

Takeaway: When you finally accept God is on your side, the wrongness of negative beliefs becomes apparent, and they cease to have any power to hold you back from your dreams.

Challenge yourself: Think about the negative self-talk keeping you from moving toward your dreams and write them down on a separate sheet of paper. Rip up those negative messages and repeat the following sentence loudly and clearly:

“I am more than a conqueror through God, who loves me!”

Question to consider: What comes up for you around the idea that your limits, mistakes, and obstacles are part of what makes you perfect for the purpose God has created you?
