Bible in a YearSample

Mark, which I personally think is a great name for a book of the Bible, covers a lot of similar ground to Matthew, but from a different perspective:
-Mark was Peter’s writer, who paid careful attention to detail as a scribe.
-Mark focuses on Jesus’ disciples and His call for all to be disciples.
-Mark writes primarily to Gentiles who are unfamiliar with Jewish customs.
-Mark’s Gospel is the shortest of the four and is very fast-paced.
