Bible in a YearSample

The last of the major prophets, Ezekiel is an epic book:
-Ezekiel was a prophet to the exiled nation of Israel in Babylonian captivity.
-His ministry did overlap the end of Jeremiah’s ministry, however Ezekiel was in captivity in Babylon while Jeremiah was still in Judah or Egypt.
-Ezekiel reminds the people the reason for their exile but promises them that God will not be put off forever, that he will dole out revenge for his people and restore the nation.
