Transforming Your MindSample

You may have heard people talking about bodily transformations— through weight loss programs, diets, or crazy exercise. But did you know that God wants us to transform our minds? When we choose to trust in Jesus, we become brand-new people. Our old life is behind us, and ahead of us is a new journey with God. As we allow Him to change who we are, He transforms our minds. The things that we say and do all start as thoughts in our minds, so it makes sense that a total transformation needs to begin in our minds to change how we act and treat those around us. When we allow God to transform our minds, we become a “living and holy sacrifice.” Everything that we do points back to God in worship. Our minds, hearts, and lives are transformed and point to Him.
Challenge: Commit today to read and complete this plan. Take some time today to set a reminder, alarm, or some other way of remembering each day to spend time with God and read His Word! Ask God to open your heart and mind to learn something new as you read this plan.
