Worship at the WellSample

My heart was heavy. The burdens of life in front of me were as real as my wife and kids. At dinner, I told my kids, “Daddy can’t play. I need time to go and meet with Jesus”. The grandeur of those words had become a mere phrase, and the reality of the act, if we’re honest, is at times lost in its duty. The moment those words left my mouth, my six-year-old daughter immediately sprang up in action to dress herself to “meet with Jesus”. She quickly asked with such excitement that is common in all kids, “I want to come! I want to come and meet with Jesus!” 

I was checked by her seriousness and the reality of those words sank in with freshness as I was reminded by my young daughter, indeed I was to meet with Jesus and He with me. Dear friends, He is the reward of those who seek Him! Go shut yourself in, find God, and be found by Him.
