Fervent: Fight Fear With Faith Sample

We have a God who died to be with us. So it is safe to say that nothing can separate us from Him. But being fickle human beings, we tend to worry and fear that God may stop loving us, or that He won’t fulfill all that He has promised us. God in His mercy and grace has filled the Bible with words of encouragement and hope, words that cement the very foundation of our faith in Him, words that are an anchor through every storm and gale, words that speak life. Today, may we hold onto the words He has spoken to us, like this one – no height, no depth, no power, no principality, nothing that is presently before us, and nothing that might come, can separate us from Jesus Christ, who loved us and gave His life for us. So put every worst-case scenario to rest on that word!
Pray for:
• Trust in God’s promises.
• Faith in the fact that God’s love is for us and that He will not abandon us.
• The assurance of His love to lay our fears to rest.
