Day Five - I can Serve the Lord

Yesterday we looked at how wonderful the tabernacle was and how God gave HIs people detailed instructions about how it was to be built. Today we will be looking at how God gives us detailed direction and helps us step by step, God is good He knows what we need and when we need it. 

READ:

‘A Voice in the night’ in any Children’s Bible or 1 Samuel 3

Remember God gave His people detailed direction about how the tabernacle was to be built, look at Exodus 25:1-9 again to remind you. 

Remember that the Israelites had never seen, let alone built, a tabernacle before. God had to go step by step with them so that they would get it right. That way, also, they knew that God was in charge and not them!

ASK:

Did you know that God gives us detailed directions on what to do and how to do it? 

Remember the Bible is like our road map to living a good life and is just one of the ways God speaks to us.  

Can you find some verses in the Bible that help you know what to do and how to do it?
