Love God Greatly - EcclesiastesSample

SOAP – Ecclesiastes 2:20-21; Solomon finally comes to the realization that relying on anything on this earth to fully satisfy him is futile. All of his accomplishments and earthly success, without God, have only led to pain, grief, and sleepless nights. At that time, Solomon chose to cry out in despair and pity instead of crying out to God for His grace, mercy, and peace in his life. Contentment in a believer’s life comes only when trust and confidence in God is elevated higher than our circumstances.

About this Plan

In this eight-week Online Ecclesiastes Bible Study at Love God Greatly, our questions regarding the meaning of life will lead us to Solomon’s wise conclusion: that in order for one to find meaning, purpose, and satisfaction in life, he or she must know God. To know the Lord, to love Him, fear Him, follow Him, and find our identity in Him is what frees us to enjoy the temporal gifts in this life and to look beyond those gifts to life everlasting.
