Navigating TransitionSample

Re-orientation: Prayer of Examen (5)
Father God, I ask You for all I need today – in particular …. Thank you for Your love and provision.
As we move into a new phase, we recognise our need for new skills, character strengths, and wisdom. The prayer of Examen usually ends with asking God for what we need in the day to come. We consciously invite God to be part of our future. What do you need God’s help with? Be very practical and specific. Ask God to give you the grace you need.
