When a believer encounters the mercy seat, it becomes a place of divine appointment. It is at the mercy seat that you will hear God’s voice and experience His divine presence. God meets with His children at the mercy seat. It is His favorite spot to be with those whom He loves the very most. When you extend the forgiveness of the mercy seat to others, God will meet you there intimately and you will hear His voice. It is at the mercy seat of forgiveness that a son or a daughter of the King becomes the pure-gold representation of Heaven’s grandeur. An appointment with God changes everything about you and for you. An appointment with God changes your capacity to hear His voice and to lavish in His presence. An appointment with God reveals your true destiny and the purpose for which you were made. Go to that grace place and experience His mercy, then you must be the place of grace for a world of compromise and sin. You were not made to be the habitation of cheap impurities or earthly opinion; you were made to be like God in all of your dealings and with all of your heart. What a glorious call and a rich challenge!
