DAY 6 OF 12

DO NOT PLAY WITH FIRE

I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; (Ezekiel 20:19)

When the fire is small it can be a friend, but if the fire becomes big then it will turn into an opponent. That is why it is said that children should not play with fire. If a wise man sees something that can harm him, he will avoid it but a fool will continue to walk in his own ignorance.

If we know what we are doing is sin, do we still continue to do it? Do not play with sin, do not tempt God. Many people think it's fine to do small sins but actually they have gotten into the trap of the enemy, the devil.

Ezekiel told the people of Israel about their sin. Through Ezekiel the Lord showed the people of Israel the sin of their ancestors and the direction they were going. It was actually a warning for them and it has also been a warning to us as believers.

If we want to have a victorious and peaceful life we must live the Word of God every day. Stay away from the fire of the world. Even if you think it is only a small fire, it can harm your life. Let’s learn from Joseph, how he firmly rejected the temptation of sin. That’s why God elevated him..

If we want to have a victorious and peaceful life, we must live the Word of God every day.
